Printed Blue & Orange Poncho with bow tie

This versatile printed floral top can be worn as a poncho or a cape for formal or informal events. When not worn like a poncho,the side slits on the garment allow the arms through to be worn as an over-sized top or cape.  With a hook and eye fastening,it has a long bow which can be left tied loosely or tied into a pussy bow for an alternative look as seen.
